HERETIC HOUSE is a one-man at-home operation, and unfortunately that one man is also very, very disabled. Please allow some time for response in case of in-person event delays and life, but also feel free to bump your own messages just in case, things can get very lost in a busy inbox. Feel free to ask any questions at all! I will try to reply to them as fast and as well as I can!

Do know that as per terms and conditions, all orders come with a processing time of 4-6 weeks. This is due to the fact that when a lot of people place orders at the same time, it still takes a lot of time for one guy to pack all the orders. The average ship out rate is 50-100 orders per week for pre-made and ready to ship items. For any made to order items, processing time can be increased by up to two weeks.

All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) through their standard package service with tracking number available. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact USPS (for domestic) or your local postal service for any international shipments. International shipments have two tracking numbers, one for US domestic travel and one for your local delivery, please make sure you have both in case there is any confusion!
